Gangs in El Paso work together to succeed unlike other major cities, FBI said

The area attracts many gangs because of the proximity to Mexico according to the FBI. “A lot of the gang members are easily able to make connections and set up their own supply chain in Mexico because of our distance to the border. They do have connections to the cartel that are operating in Ciudad Juarez," Paul Davis, a member of the FBI Gang Street Task Force in El Paso said.
