EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A man was arrested and accused of sending letters to inmates at the El Paso County Jail with drugs.

The El Paso Sheriff's Office narcotics unit started an investigation on Nov. 1 in reference to a narcotics smuggling case at the county jail.
