FBI warns of over 100 gangs in El Paso, blames proximity to Mexico

Agents with the FBI division in El Paso said it's still unclear if the current migrant surge at the U.S.-Mexico border is assisting gangs and drug cartels along the border. However, gangs in the Borderland are not going away.
