A man was shot and wounded in a drive-by shooting early Thursday in Northeast El Paso, police said.
The shooting occurred at about 12:30 a.m. outside an apartment building in the 4400 block of Sunrise Avenue in the Angel's Triangle neighborhood.
A man with a gunshot wound was taken to a hospital in undisclosed condition. Another man refused to cooperate with officers, an El Paso police spokesman said.
