EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 17-year-old accused of firing a weapon at a party in east El Paso claimed he was in a fight with someone and that they pulled a firearm on him so he in return shot his gun at him, according to court documents.
Dominic Vaquera was charged with discharging a firearm, unlawful carrying of a weapon and obstruction and retaliation following the shooting in the 11700 block of Campfire Lane Saturday.
