Socorro police investigate shots fired call near Mauro Rosas Park

The Socorro Police Department is investigating a shots fired call that came in around 1:30 p.m. Thursday, according to the news release from the police department.

Two individuals were reportedly seen on Peters Road and Flor Bonita Avenue near Mauro Rosas Park carrying assault rifles and reportedly fining multiple shots before fleeing from police, the police department said.
