Socorro residents shocked hearing of shooting at graduation party

SOCORRO, Texas (KFOX14) — Some Socorro residents are on edge as a gunman fired shots at a graduation party; quickly turning a happy night into a mass shooting.

“Wow, another shooting. How many, how much is it gonna take,” said a Socorro resident.

Graduation, it’s a time of celebration, but around 1 a.m. Saturday morning the celebration turned into a nightmare.
